Dr. Farhat received his dental degree from the Lebanese University School of Dental Medicine in 1995. He completed four years of postgraduate training in Periodontics at Boston University. In 1999 he received a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Periodontology from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr.Farhat is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is affiliated with the Department of Periodontics at the University of Washington.
